My second order placed within a day or two of my first and never received. Never had any communication from the seller regarding anything. I even messaged asking if they were experiencing shipping delays PRIOR to ordering and I was told no. More than a month later I still did not receive fabric.

A week ago, I was going to leave a one star review because I did not receive my order as soon as I thought I was. For a few weeks, the status of my order said it had been shipped, but it didn't move. I tried being patient because I understand that I am not the only one needing to make masks during the pandemic, but I just couldn't take it. When I messaged the seller, she was very quick to respond. She was apologetic and willing to give me a refund. Thus, I decided to wait to leave my review. I'm so glad I did because a few days later, I received my fabric and I love it!! It is exactly as pictured. I am an Etsy store owner myself and it gets overwhelming at times. I just hope others take into consideration that most Etsy store owners work independently or only have a handful of employees.
