The shop owner is a liar. She told me yesterday that my fabric, purchased beginning of April, was finally being processed. Then she sent a refund and told me Etsy closed her shop. The shop looks pretty open to me. Probably didn't even have the fabric in stock in the first place.



I purchased my fabric on April 8th... it should have shipped out by the 15th. I contacted the shop 3 times before an actual response was given. I was assured that the fabric would be placed in the mail (not just a label created) on April 25th. As of today, there is no tracking other than that a label was created. The owner has an automatic response to messages. The first automatic response stated that now "the processing time is 7 to 14 days." Ok, I can understand that due to Covid19, but a heads up would have been nice. The next automatic response stated "we got swamped by over ten thousands orders overnight" and that they are processing "few thousands orders a day" along with many other excuses. Yet here I am almost 30 days later and I still do not have my fabric. I completely regret my purchase with this shop.
