We ordered for a project in the midst of everything "shutting down" and yes, it took a little longer, but we just had to be patient. We received the product in less then 4 weeks after ordering. I just ask you to show some grace and they will get your product to you. Thank you for the communication and getting us a great product!

I’ve ordered from April, in the past her shipping and communication has always been fast and excellent. I am sympathetic that she is overwhelmed. I would have been more understanding if she hadn’t told me in communication on April 16th that my order would be shipped out the next day. It’s now April 28th and my order is still label printed waiting to ship. She says she has 10,000 orders over night and that she is processing 1,000 of orders a day. If that is the case why has it taken 25 days to even be shipped, who knows how long it will take to get here with the out of her control USPS delays
