Never rec'd fabrics. Reached out and rec'd the same auto-reply 3 times over 3 weeks. Filed a dispute with Etsy as I didn't have the luxury of waiting any longer. Rec'd my refund today. I understand the craziness going on but a little REAL communication goes a long way, and I feel like this shop severely lacked that crucial piece of customer service.

As with so many others, I am now more than 3 weeks past my order time, which was BEFORE they went on vacation, and more than a week past when I was promised it would ship. At this point I'm certain I will be getting a notice saying my order cannot be filled. Which would have been great to know 3 weeks ago when I could have still found some of the $200 worth of fabric I ordered. I have ordered from this shop before and been very happy. But they have really dropped the ball on this. There is no communication and if you DO get some, they clearly either have no idea what's going on or they flat out lie. I'm not sure which is worse right now. If I ever get my fabric (Which, BTW, I have had to cancel orders on MY side because they did not fulfill my order was they said), maybe I will give them a few more stars. Not amused.
