Update: Have waited roughly 6 wks only to find out that my order was SOLD OUT! Yes a refund is going to be processed but BEYOND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Still have not received the fabric, email merchant got a canned response after how difficult their life is, contact the merchant by phone 04/28/2020 was treated extremely poorly by one of the owner, my call was then returned by the other owner who guaranteed that my orders would be out by the end of the week and they still have not been shipped.
