Still havent received item nor has it even been shipped out. They never wrote back so I finally just had to write this. I won't be ordering from them again.

Like many others leaving reviews here, the order was not fulfilled and many messages went unanswered. Very poor way to run a business. I was sympathetic to the current situation, however, setting up an automated response to messages, closing shop to fulfill orders, or something would have been better than listing the order would ship in 1-2 days and then nothing, plus not responding to messages. A simple explanation would have been fine and I had no problem waiting if given an estimated ship date. I opened a case and the order was cancelled without so much as a simple apology. Not a good way to run a business if you want returning customers.
