Ordered on April 9. Tried to be patient giving current circumstances. Was happy to receive a shipping notification on May 1. Tracking still says pre-transit today on May 11. Messaged shop and get generic message. I understand that the shop has been bombarded by orders and I really was patient for weeks but after a month I reached out and would be nice for someone to answer. Unsure if I will ever get the fabric I ordered. Looks like people who ordered after me have gotten theirs. So it has been over a month and my fabric hasn't even been shipped.

Let me start by saying I am a fellow Etsy store owner and have bought from this shop before. I never had any issues until this past purchase, but oh boy. First of all, why did you not put your shop on vacation mode when you started to get overwhelmed with orders?? That is the responsible and ethical thing to do, and I have done this several times. INSTEAD you continued to take people’s money and have us wait over a month with zero communication. I messaged you FOUR separate times and only received a copied and paste, generic reply. So I FINALLY received this order today, HOWEVER, after zero communication and waiting over a month and my order isn’t even right! I’m missing a yard and a half of fabric. To say I’m super disappointed with Angel Fabrics is an understatement. Please refund me for what you didn’t send.
