This order took a month to get, and once I got it, it only had 5 out of the 6 fabrics that I ordered, and this was the fabric that was missing. I did receive a refund for the missing fabric.

I try to support small business whenever possible. Unfortunately, this small business made it hard to do so. I understand that in the circumstances we're all in right now, put an unforeseen load upon their shop. However, there can never be a focus that prioritizes $$ over the customer. By not shipping out my order for over 20 days after having placed it, responding to my email with an auto-reply, and not taking their shop on a break much earlier, I can only deduce that they did exactly that: put profit over my order. The auto-reply was a play on emotions & an effort to give reason for the delay, towards which I would have empathized had some effort towards contact been made (preemptively). On top of that, I had to go through the hassle of opening a case w/ ETSY to get a refund! I hope they learn from their mistakes.

I placed this order on the 10th and I haven't received this item. I opened a case and within hours a shipping label was created and not long after I tracked the package and it's in transit. I closed the case. I understand everyone is busy. That is no excuse to ignore customers. There was no communication with this seller aside from automatic replies full of excuses. Overall, I am not happy with this seller and will never purchase or recommend them to anyone. Update: I received my order today. Part of it. I am still missing fat quarter bundles. I am currently sitting in a chat que with Etsy to escalate this issue. I am not even going to bother trying to communicate with this seller because she never responds aside from her automatic reply full of excuses. Buyers please beware of this seller.
