Prompt shipping and good customer service.

Fabric was great- shipping was on time. Seller charges excessive amount for shipping. I paid over thirty dollars in shipping for 7 yards that was sent in flat rate envelope. After two messages to seller, got a ridiculous excuse about manufactures raising fabric costs (nothing to do with her excessive shipping) Reported the excessive over charging to etsy, as it is against their policies. She finally refunded my overage- said it was a ONE time courtesy. Buyer beware. My order was over one hundred dollars, and she has no lost my business.
