Item not received. As with many of these customers, I was in the extremely delayed receipt of some items camp. I ordered 11 items on 4/8. Received 5 on 5/21. However, I'm still giving the mom & pop shop 4 stars for the following reasons: 1. Original message regarding shipping was personalized. 2. Auto-responses were annoying, but explained their situation and were in line with the time of the COVID-19 shelter-in-place "EVERYONE WANTS TO MAKE THEIR OWN MASKS" time-frame. 3. Once caught up, owner worked with me in a very timely fashion to issue several refunds. 4. Quality of fabric received is very good and stood up to a hot wash and low dry with expected fraying, little to no loss of color. I will order from them again, now they have caught up and hopefully have a better process.

I placed my order on April 7, 2020. I email the shop twice and received an automatic response each time. I had planned to make mask for my family and to donate. I received an email stating that a shipping label was created on April 26. As of May 7, 2020, it's still in pre shipment stage. On May 8, 2020, it reads expected delivery on May 11, 2020. On May 12, 2020, I still have not received my fabric but I received an email stating I got a refund because one of my fabrics weren't available. As of April 15th, still no fabric. Hopefully I get it this weekend!! Finally received my fabric on May 16th. Did not get this print!! I think I was refunded but not sure...
