The cut of this fabric is more than the other fabric that was ordered with it. Again, it took very long to arrive. I will not order from your store again.

I am also a small business owner. I understand a fabric store being overwhelmed during crisis when fabric mask-making is high. HOWEVER, this shop should have stopped taking orders long ago. As a result it has extended itself beyond it capabilities to adequately satisfy its consumer demands. Even more unforgivable, after sending out replies falsely claiming that orders have shipped, the shop as chosen to cut off all communications to it customers about the status of theirs orders, many delayed over a month or longer. The auto-reply to inquiries is a cheap jab at consumer emotions. Great small businesses stay great when they don’t sacrifice consumer satisfaction and customer service for profit. Unfortunately, this shop has failed at this endeavor.

I ordered this soccer fabric on April 4th and have not received it yet. I’ve tried emailing but my email was sent back saying the message couldn’t be delivered. I’m anxious to receive my fabric! I can’t honestly rate this yet but am disappointed that I am still waiting for my fabric.
