Even my patience has it's limits. Purchased April 9th, sitting in pretransit from May 1st. It is now May 18th. No communication is the worst. I could wait half a year for something as long as there is communication but to ignore customers completely because they don't want to deal with a mess they allowed to be created is just the final straw. Yes there is a pandemic. But she opted to keep her shop open after she was overwhelmed and allow it to become something too big to handle. She should have shut it down and opened in increments in order to be able to stabilize the flow of purchases to what she could handle. She can't rectify this situation, but she can learn and grow from it and do better in the future.

If you still have not received your order I would HIGHLY recommend opening a case with Etsy. I understand Covid, and demand, and delays, however this shop is definitely failing in customer service. My order was placed on 4/10, prior to the "rush of ten thousand orders overnight." I reached out on 4/17 and was told processing was "7-14 days." I was offered a refund, but suddenly got a shipping notification, before I could say otherwise. I finally got an ACTUAL response on 4/30 apologizing and stating they were "trying to push every order out this week." Still nothing. No movement. So I opened a case on 5/8. She did not respond to the case at all. I escalated today and Etsy immediately refunded my order. How are orders placed after mine shipped and received? One month after ordering, three weeks after "shipping" and NOTHING
