Ordered 4/10 and was supposed to ship on 4/17. When I heard nothing from them I sent an email 4/22 to check on my order and received back a default response. In the message they complain about all of the negative reviews hurting their store. If you notice, after a batch of one-star reviews, suddenly they will have 5-star reviews to counteract. I don’t believe anyone is receiving their orders. Terrible service, very disappointing. 4/30 and still zero communication and no shipment.

I contacted this seller prior to purchasing to find out if they were experiencing shipping delays. I was told that they were not so I placed my order. I never received a tracking number for my order and tried to contact the seller once the estimated shipping date passed. I never received a response. I opened a case through Etsy and the seller issued a full refund without contact despite that in my case I said I’d still prefer to receive the order. Horrible experience. I would not recommend at all.
